Motel 6-Salem, Or - Expo Center

Consider requesting a room away from the main areas for a quieter experience, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

we needed a place for shopping, everything was fine. the room was updated and clean and available with a tub. the staff was especially helpful at this place. the restaurant was not too far from the hotel.

When I am in Salem, I like staying here. The hotel is clean, nestled in the nice building with efficientstaff. The room is neat and updated with laminate floors and the bedroom, for instance. The location is convenient, 2 miles from Mckay Park. You could walk to stores and fairgrounds👌

The housekeeping staff were friendly and thorough. The front desk attendant greeted me with a warm smile and was very efficient during check-in.

Room temperature control could improve.

Clean room with helpful staff, but loud noise from outside visitors made it hard to sleep. Not bad.

The housekeepers provided thorough cleaning. The noise from outside, particularly due to nearby train tracks, made it hard to get a good night's sleep. While the overall experience was decent, the challenging noise levels could be improved for a more restful stay.

Here's my point of view

The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. My stay in the Beautiful Quadruple Room was decent. While there was some noise from downstairs, it didn't disrupt my comfort too much. The housekeeping was efficient, keeping things tidy throughout my visit. It's a solid choice for the price, especially with effective air conditioning.

The pool was unusable due to chemical checks not being performed regularly!!! The overwhelming smell of weed in the room was unbearable, causing discomfort and safety concerns!!! The noise from outside visitors and vehicles was disturbing!!!

the staff really helped me with my early check-in and were friendly. the soap holder in the shower was dirty.

Super close to the Oregon State Fairgrounds and Elsinore Theatre. The room was clean and comfy-just what we needed after a long day out. Staff was friendly and helpful, which enhanced our experience.

We visited the Oregon State Fairgrounds nearby, a blast for our family, especially the grandchild. The check-in was straightforward, and the staff was accommodating when we requested extra towels without hesitation.

For dads, it would be great if the noise levels were lower.

I had a decent stay with a comfortable bed and effective A.C.. however, the coffee spill on my car was frustrating, yet I'd return for the overall experience.
